No Refunds
All Sales Final: All purchases, subscriptions, and service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Acknowledgment: By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this strict no-refund policy.
No Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, accidental purchases, unused time, failure to use the Services, or changes in personal or business circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no approval required.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your dashboard at https://app.advertadvertise.com
Click your profile icon in the top right cornerSelect Settings
Navigate to the Billing tab
Click Cancel Subscription
Service Continuation
After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Advert’s features until that time.
No Additional Charges
No further charges will be incurred after your cancellation is processed.
Data Retention
Your account data may be retained should you choose to reactivate.
Advert reserves the right to permanently delete data after cancellation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to have your data permanently erased, you must contact support.
Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
